Account

You must be 18 or older to create an Astrabloom account. By signing up, you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian of any child whose information you enter, and you consent to that processing as described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscription, trial, and auto-renewal (California ARL)

Astrabloom offers a 7-day free trial. At the end of the trial, your subscription auto-renews at the price you selected (\$5/month or \$40/year), charged to your saved payment method until you cancel. Renewals continue automatically at the then-current price unless we notify you of a change in advance.

You may cancel at any time from your Billing page, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancellations generally take effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until that date. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.

We will send a trial-ending reminder approximately three days before the first charge. For annual subscriptions, a renewal reminder will be sent in advance of the renewal date (currently delivered automatically by Stripe).

Acceptable use

Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service. Do not upload content that violates the rights of others. Do not use Astrabloom to direct activity toward children other than your own without the consent of their parent or guardian.

Service availability

We work to keep Astrabloom available but do not offer a formal service-level agreement at this time. We may suspend access for security reasons, to address abuse, or for non-payment.

Disclaimers

Astrabloom is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in this clause limits consumer rights you may have under California or EU law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability to you is capped at the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We will endeavor to notify account holders of material changes to these terms by email at least 30 days before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of state or federal courts located in California.
